Refund & Cancellation Policy
Each trial subscription has a twelve-month initial commitment, billed monthly: Commercial $48/month ($576 total) or qualifying Government / Regulatory $24/month ($288 total), plus applicable taxes. Ceasing to use the service does not automatically cancel the remaining initial-term obligation, except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Subscriptions continue month-to-month after the first twelve months. Requests to cancel may be sent to billing@t911.ai. After the initial term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Payments are generally not refundable for elapsed service periods, except as required by law or agreed in writing. Promotional refund promises, including any full refund associated with an upgrade to a permanent plan within one year, must be confirmed in a written offer with eligibility conditions, timing, and refund method before being advertised or relied upon.
Contact billing@t911.ai with the subscriber name, organization, and transaction date. Do not send complete payment card details by email. FailSafe will review billing concerns and provide any refunds required by applicable law.
