T911™ Subscription Terms
1. FailSafe provides a paid evaluation subscription for T911™ technology. The Government / Regulatory Trial rate is reserved for qualifying agencies and regulatory organizations. FailSafe may request reasonable proof of eligibility and contact a subscriber to verify eligibility before provisioning service.
2. Commercial Trial: $48 per month for twelve months, totaling $576 before applicable taxes. Government / Regulatory Trial: $24 per month for twelve months, totaling $288 before applicable taxes. Charges are billed monthly, but the initial commitment is twelve months. Stopping use of the service does not by itself end the remaining payment obligation, except where applicable law or a written agreement provides otherwise.
3. Following the initial twelve-month term, the subscription continues automatically on a month-to-month basis at the then-applicable disclosed rate until canceled. Any proposed price changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
4. Customers may request cancellation or nonrenewal by emailing billing@t911.ai. During the initial twelve months, a request does not automatically discharge amounts owed for the remaining initial term. After the initial term, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, unless applicable law requires an earlier effective date. FailSafe will acknowledge and process requests in accordance with applicable law. Where an online cancellation method is legally required, FailSafe will provide it.
5. T911™ evaluation access is provided for testing and assessment. It is not a substitute for dialing 911, 988, or contacting emergency responders, and purchase does not guarantee emergency response or uninterrupted network availability. Any specific service levels or technical deliverables must be documented separately.
6. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be charged based on location and tax rules. Customers are responsible for keeping payment details current. Any billing dispute should be sent to billing@t911.ai.
7. Refunds, early termination, and upgrades are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Government discount verification may be required.
